Technologies for precision and durability

For precision and durability

Since Crealith’s inception, our team has developed technical expertise based on the perfect mastery of synthetic stone. This expertise translates into high-performance, resistant, long-lasting and customisable solutions. Our technologies enable us to create solid, lightweight, easy-to-maintain pieces that can be adapted down to the smallest detail.

Our moulding, bonding and finishing techniques allow us to offer almost any shape, in large quantities as well as small specialised series. Ease of repair is a major advantage, as synthetic stone can be restored to its original condition. We combine technical performance, manufacturing flexibility and durability, while ensuring consistent, controlled quality from start to finish.

High-performance, customisable materials

This combination creates a solid, non-porous and durable paste. Its main strength lies in its ability to be re-cut, re-bonded or repaired, enabling it to adapt perfectly to any layout and increasing its longevity.

Synthetic stone is available in a wide range of colours. However, white or near-white shades remain the most popular: they are timeless, suit any environment and are easy to maintain. We also offer custom colours for projects that require a specific finish, while ensuring perfect consistency between pieces.

A controlled process, from customer request to shipment

It all starts with the customer’s request, which is sent to the sales team and then to the design office, which analyses the framework conditions, designs the workpiece and validates feasibility. If a new mould is required, it is designed in our workshops or adapted from our existing references.

The mould is then prepared, and the material is poured in. The piece is then left to rest and removed from the mould once the optimal temperature has been reached, a step that is mastered thanks to the experience of our technicians. After removal from the mould, it undergoes an initial cutting process to remove any unusable edges.

A second phase involves returning the workpiece to the furnace at a low, energy-efficient temperature, followed by finishing in the workshop: precise cutting to size, drilling (drainage, taps and overflow), any necessary re-bonding and meticulous sanding and polishing according to the desired finish (matt or gloss). Each item undergoes strict quality control before it is packaged.

Finally, the piece is carefully packaged to prevent any damage during transport and shipped to the customer. This entire process is carried out in-house, guaranteeing consistent quality, a high level of responsiveness and the ability to handle both small production runs and the most ambitious bespoke projects.
